Live Portraits

I’d love to hear a little more about your event and see if it could be a good fit for the live portrait experience I’m developing.

The offer is pretty simple: I’ll set up a portrait space at your event and photograph your guests throughout the event, for up to two hours. There’s no cost to you, and you’ll receive all of the finished images from the session to share with your guests.

The one important part is that this is a marketing call, so I’ll need to be able to use the images for my website, social media, marketing and promotional material. As this will be images of the guests, I’ll need the event organiser’s permission for this and for all guests to agree in order to participate.

I will need a designated space for the portraits, inside or outside (depending on the event and weather), and access to a power point.

Once the form is completed, I will reach out to the events that might work and we will go from there.
